Advanced Stucco Design is a proud local business founded in 2002. With our co-owners sharing over 50 years of combined experience; it’s no wonder why we are Colorado’s go-to for all stucco and stone needs.
James Joyner (CEO) started as a laborer in 1994 and worked and mastered each field until becoming CEO of Advanced Stucco Design. His deep understanding on each tier brings a level of unsurpassable execution.
Shane Simpson (President) started as a waterproofing & structural restoration specialist. He received his Bachelors at Colorado State University and became a construction distribution specialist involved in building new and restorative building envelope projects across the western region.
Lalo Fuentes (Director of Operations) started as a successful small stucco contractor. He eventually joined Advanced Stucco Design and quickly ascended to managing all projects.

Advanced Stucco Design (ASD) is an outfit closing in on 20 years. The outfit has 65 skilled office and field workers and is licensed throughout Colorado.
